DELIVERY FEE. All orders below AED 99 will have a delivery fee of AED 35. Order above AED 99 are free. Unfortunately we do not deliver on Friday.
CUT OFF TIME. 4pm Everyday to ensure it is within a 48 hour delivery - post this will be an additional day for delivery.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE. All orders will be delivered within 48 hours as long as they fall within or reasonable distance to the city areas of UAE. Fujairah and UAQ will be within 72 Hours - we are doing what we can to improve on this schedule.

Your items may arrive sooner than the estimated delivery date. Simple Delights reserves the right to send packages via other delivery couriers based on the destination as long as orders will still arrive within the arrival times outlined on www.simpledelights.me.
You will be asked to provide a telephone number on the shipping page of checkout, which is important in the event the courier needs to arrange a delivery time with you. You will also be asked to provide an email address, to which we will send confirmation that your order was placed.

Exchange and Refund
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY. Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment.
If any of our products fall below the high standard you expect, we will happily refund or exchange it according to the terms and conditions set out below:
www.simpledelights.me is unable to procure products: a reasonable time of 7-10 days from the date of authorization has to be given to exchange the items.Products faulty on arrival and non repairable. Products are lost in deliveries. Product is not repairable.
Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Bundle offers or “Buy 1 Get 1 free” offers: In this case you will have to return all the items in this offer.
Refund settlement will take place once the returned product has been received back and a quality check has taken place, this procedure normally takes 4-5 days, then 2 business days to issue the refund. Please be aware that sometimes the refund will not show on your account until the next statement cycle is issued from your bank.
We will refund the delivery charge in full if the product received is faulty / damaged and you return all products of your order at the same time. If you choose to keep some of the products, we will retain the balance of the delivery charge that applies to the products you keep.
Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT.
Get in touch via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via whatsapp (056 5641441) for returns or exchnages). All orders will be refunded if the product is received “Faulty / damaged” or within a 3 day period if the product is NON PERISHABLE or within 24 HOURS if the product is perishable and found to be Faulty (Exceptions apply) in such cases the product must be returned with all correct manuals, packaging intact and all correct cables that came with the product, if any of these are found to be incorrect then the refund will not be processed. (Contact customer services for uplift date)
After the 7 day window for refund of faulty products or any product that becomes faulty after this period will be not be subject to returns or exchanges.
Any product past the initial period of refund as set out above and after the manufacturer warranty period will not be eligible for either refund or exchange.
CANCELLATION POLICY. Customer can cancel their order within 8 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow upto 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
