Description
Soy Sauce can be used in a wide variety of areas ranging from stews, noodle dishes, sauces, marinades, or even as a condiment in its own right. It is rich in the L-Glutamates that generate savoury umami flavour, making it an ideal addition to savoury dishes both Asian and non-Asian.
This product is the lighter version, which is a thinner than their darker, richer counterparts, but have a more assertive, salty flavor and a slight sweetness. Do note that it can be used in place of dark soy sauce but ... sparingly because of its intense flavor.
