The question become - what cant you do a crab stick? Thaw and eat? Thaw, add batter, deep fry and eat? Thaw, shred, add to salad and eat? Thaw, shred, add spicy mayonnaise, put in sandwich and eat? The list can go on but in short this is processed fish (pollock) meat and only contains crab flavourings but regardless - its still one of the classic seafood items.
